I confirm that I have dealt with Dianne Thompson on a recent listing and sale of a condo in the southeast end of Regina. Both my seller and I were provided with excellent support in the areas of home staging. Dianne's eye for detail and wonderful coordination skills of furniture and accessories was a major factor in the sale of this condo, helping it sell within 4 days of listing.

This was after the condo was on the market for over one year (379 days) with 2 other Realtors and numerous open houses. Plus add to the desperate situation of the seller who only had one month left to get the condo ready for sale and sold before his relocation benefits would run out.

Dianne has always done amazing work for my clients and this time was no exception. She was able to point out a few things that needed to be painted and repaired, as well as asking that some of the furniture be moved into storage. She was able to convince my client on the wisdom of moving his fish tank to another room, as well as taking the pet paraphernalia out. The house appeared much brighter and more appealing in the photos when we advertised, The time she spent was well worth it for my clients as after taking three weeks to complete the items in her to-do list, and her returning to the house to get things set up for photos and showings, the end result was multiple offers on the house. I wish that I had found out about staging when I first listed the home. It sat on the market all summer, and I feel that if I had done this right away it would have sold very quickly. It looks so beautiful now! The colours are amazing. They hired painters and a contractor to come right away, passed on savings from designer discounts, and had the whole house transformed in 5 days. I am going to get Di to come to my new house and help me redesign it as well.

Dianne was very easy to work with. Once she knew what we needed and the budget we had, she brought in enough furniture and accessories to make it look lived in and fun. She even was able to use a couple of our own paintings to save us cash and coordinated them to look great within each room. Our house sold in one day for just under asking price.
